IS IT AVAILABLE FOR FITTING SESSION?
Yes, of course! Though there’s size information, we really do recommend you to do a fitting session by making an appointment. We’re a home-based fitting studio, not a boutique.
HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
You may book an appointment at the latest D-1 (but D-7 for all attires by ‘Aura Putri’) through website or Offical Whatsapp. Kindly inform us which attires would you like to try on your fitting day so we can check its availability.
CAN WE RENT FOR LESS THAN 4 DAYS?
We apologise but 4 days are our minimum renting period (which include delivery days) :’)
HOW IF THE ATTIRES DO NOT FIT TO OUR SIZE?
Some attires can be resized, but some of them are not. Please read the descriptions carefully 🙂
CAN IT BE DELIVERED OUTSIDE JADETABEK?
If you plan the event outside JADETABEK, it is still possible for our attires to be hand-carried or delivered with same-day expeditions. We really apologise that we do not recommend it to be delivered by next day expeditions 🙁
CAN WE CONSIGN A ‘NON-BRAND’ ATTIRE?
Sure. We do accept a ‘non-brand’ attire. You may submit the details and there will be further reviews first.
